To achieve the ** linear velocity, variable speed is set as the standard specification, delivering ** energy to the beads and dispersed materials within the range of 1 to 16 M/S. Compared to conventional machines, this result significantly improves production efficiency and achieves fine particle formation (narrow particle size distribution) depending on the material being processed.
Dispersion:

Separation method of beads/spheres:
To separate the processed material and beads inside the dispersion and separation cylinder, there are two separation methods: gap separation and screen separation. The choice depends on the properties of the processed material and the production process.

Shaft seal:
Based on years of experience, the use of high-safety, high-durability double-end face and pressed mechanical seals allows for a pressure of 0.7MPa (7Kg/cm²), and can also accommodate high-viscosity materials. For cooling and lubrication of the rubbing surfaces (seal fluid), the same solvent, water, or other liquids as the processed material can be used.
Dispersion disc:
Using heat-treated high wear-resistant steel gives it excellent high corrosion resistance and wear resistance characteristics.
Additionally, dispersion disc materials suitable for various processing materials are available for selection.
Jacket:
The separate cooling structure (jacket) of the dispersion inner cylinder provides better cooling performance compared to previous machines.
**Repair:**
Using modular components to improve maintenance efficiency can shorten the time required for tasks such as disassembly, cleaning, and part replacement, thereby reducing operational costs.
