The product undergoes dehydration and decarburization for whitening, ensuring stable performance, and can be used in industrial fields such as papermaking and coatings.

1. The equipment features an advanced structure and a vertical preheater with low pressure loss, which effectively enhances the preheating effect. After preheating, the decomposition rate of magnesium metal entering the kiln can reach 20-25%, and it can directly utilize limestone with fine particle sizes of 10-15mm.
2. The device features a reliable combined laminated seal at both ends of the rotary kiln, ensuring an air leakage coefficient of less than 10%. Composite refractory materials are used to reduce radiant heat loss.
3. A circular or square vertical cooler with filling and zoned ventilation ensures that the temperature of the lime exiting the cooler is 80°C plus the ambient temperature, facilitating transport and storage. It also preheats the secondary air entering the kiln to over 700°C, reducing moving parts and the need for special materials.
