I. Technical Features of Our Company's Cement Rotary Kiln
1. The rotary kiln produced by our company features an advanced structure, with the support device of the riding ring adopting a new type of rolling bearing support device with a low friction coefficient. This results in low frictional resistance, minimal heat generation in the bearing bush, and significantly reduced maintenance and repair workload compared to the original bearing-type riding ring support device. In the past, the support device of rotary kilns often used sliding bearings (i.e., alloy bearing bushes) to support the rotation of the kiln body. These bearing bushes had a high friction coefficient, generated substantial heat, and required a relatively large starting torque. Additionally, close monitoring of the bearing bush temperature and lubrication conditions was necessary, leading to a heavy maintenance and repair workload. With the adoption of the rolling bearing support device, the friction coefficient of the riding ring bearing is reduced, and the transmission power of the rotary kiln is also lowered. The rolling bearing support device requires minimal maintenance, needing only regular lubrication with grease during normal operation, effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers.

2. The sealing devices at both ends of the cement rotary kiln produced by our company adopt a three-layer combined sealing structure, which significantly improves the sealing effect compared to the original graphite sealing device and single-layer scale sealing device, minimizing the heat loss of the rotary kiln system to the lowest level.
