Working principle

The dispersion disc operates at high speed, causing the material to form a circular flow and generate a strong vortex, which spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shearing, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution.

The PTFE scraper rotates in close contact with the tank wall, scraping the wall surface. This resolves the issue of material adhesion to the wall while also accelerating material circulation. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, thereby driving the entire transmission system.

The motor mechanism and the working group are raised and lowered.
