Working principle

The serrated circular dispersion disc operates at high speed within the container to complete the processes of solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, de-agglomeration, and stabilization. It causes the slurry to form a rolling annular flow, generating a strong vortex, with particles on the blade surface descending in a spiral pattern to the bottom of the vortex. At the edge of the dispersion disc,A turbulent zone forms at 2.5-5mm, where the slurry and particles undergo intense shearing and impact; outside this zone, two streams are formed, allowing the slurry to be fully circulated and agitated; the dispersion disc of the disperserBelow, in a laminar flow state, slurry layers with different flow velocities diffuse into each other, achieving a dispersing effect.
