Working principle
The three-stage inline high-shear emulsifying pump adopts a horizontal structure; three sets of rotors and stators are installed in the narrow and elongated working chamber, with the rotors and stators coupled in pairs and precisely matched. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft operates at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotors and stators, causing the material to enter from the inlet. The material is drawn into the rotor-stator cavity, where the powerful kinetic energy causes the rotor to achieve extremely high linear velocity. As a result, the material undergoes intense impact, crushing, centrifugation, liquid-layer friction, and strong shear within the gap between the rotor and stator before being ejected outward. Under various Under the action of forces in the same direction, a strong turbulent flow is generated, causing the material to flow out from the outlet. This enables multiple immiscible media, such as solid, liquid, and gas phases, to be uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified in an instant.
