Product Introduction

The inline high-shear homogenizing emulsifier is a high-efficiency emulsifier for continuous production or cyclic processing of fine materials. The motor drives the rotor to operate at high speed, utilizing mechanical external forces to process liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials.

The narrowing of particle size distribution allows one phase to be uniformly distributed into one or more other phases, achieving effects of refinement, homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification, thereby forming a stable emulsion state. Single-stage in-line high-shear emulsifier front

The level-configurable feed pump has certain applicability for medium to high viscosity materials. The equipment operates with low noise, runs smoothly, has no dead corners, and ensures 100% of the material passes through dispersion and shearing effects. It features short-distance, low-lift conveying capabilities.

Working principle

The single-stage in-line high-shear emulsifier adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotor-stator is installed in the narrow and elongated working chamber. The rotor-stator can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer mechanism, with the rotor and stator coupled in pairs and highly matched.

Close. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to operate at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator. The material is drawn into the rotor-stator chamber through the inlet, where the powerful kinetic energy generates extremely high linear velocity of the rotor, causing the material to pass through the gap between the rotor and stator.

After undergoing intense impact, crushing, centrifugation, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing, the material is ejected outward. Under the action of multiple forces in different directions, a powerful turbulent flow is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. This process can be repeated multiple times.
