Working principle

WhenThe material enters through the inlet, passes through a metal wedge-shaped filter screen with an ultra-large filtration area, where the qualified material is filtered out and pumped to the next step for product filling. The agitator, equipped with a scraper, rotates closely against the surface of the filter screen to scrape off impurities, which then move downward. Liquid enters the screw chamber. In the slag removal system, the screw rotates to extrude dry slag (the extruded slag is in a continuous solid state), and the extruded filtrate is pumped back to the feed inlet for cyclic filtration.
