Working principle
Strong A powerful motor rotates at high speed to create a vacuum between the rotor and stator. Material is drawn in from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The central stirring mechanism in the upper interior, along with the PTFE scraper, continuously conforms to the wall of the mixing pot, scraping off any adhered material and ensuring it is removed. The materials being taken continuously generate new interfaces; the agitator, in coordination with the high linear speed shearing of the rotor and stator, causes the materials to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugation, liquid layer friction, and powerful shearing in the gap between the rotor and stator before being ejected outward. In the process of multiple Under the action of forces from different directions, a strong turbulent flow is generated; since the emulsifying pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the stirring process of the materials are promptly removed.
