| The machine is shown in the diagram below. The vibration generation mechanism separates the motor (1) from the vibrating body (2) and is housed inside the frame (3). The vibrating body base (4), lower frame (5), and middle frame (6) are supported by frame support springs (7). The vibration generation mechanism connects the motor and the vibrating body via a V-belt (8) and a drive spring (9). Counterweights (10) and (11) are installed on the upper and lower parts of the vibrating body, generating vibration through rotation. Additionally, the generated vibration is absorbed by the drive spring, and there is a mechanism that prevents transmission to the V-car (12), motor, and frame. The phase and vertical amplitude are adjusted using bolts on the lower counterweight. The lower frame, middle frame, and cover are fastened with straps, making disassembly simple. The replacement and exchange of the mesh cover can be easily performed by the user themselves. |
