Japan's Nishimura Machinery ECONMW Powder Grinding Machine, Model FPM 150S
Japan's Nishimura Machinery ECONMW Powder Grinding Machine, Model FPM 150S
As a compact evolution of the small-scale rice flour mill and the Super Powder Mill air jet mill, the small-scale air jet mill was developed (completed in 2017). It features a rotor diameter of φ150 and, despite its compact size, inherits the air jet pulverization function. This is an impact-type fine powder mill that generates high-speed vortex flows. In the high-speed flow, raw materials collide violently with each other and are pulverized. It is widely used as a milling machine for turning rice into flour, but it has also been tested with various other raw materials.
Because it is small and easy to operate.

【Achievements・Data】
【Performance of Wet Rice Noodle Grinding】
Average particle size: 50–100 microns (approximately 300 mesh by Mac's conversion)
Crushing capacity: ~5 kg/hr in dry mode (starch damage ~10%) ※
Wet condition: ~10 kg/hr (starch damage ~ below 5%)
※ The above capabilities are specific to rice.
The performance varies significantly depending on the type, properties, particle size of the raw material, and the target particle size for grinding.
