CIP (Cold Isostatic Pressing), also known as a rubber press.
A rubber mold filled with ceramic or metal powder (rubber mold), or a sample isolated using methods such as vacuum packaging, is immersed in a pressure vessel. The powder is compressed using water pressure of up to 392 MPa. Through the action of anisotropic pressure (hydrostatic pressure), complex shapes that cannot be compressed by uniaxial pressing or mechanical pressing can also be formed, resulting in a uniform, high-density, non-oriented molded body. The pink closed-type pressure vessel used by our company has over 40 years of manufacturing experience, with thousands of units delivered worldwide.
