The air monitoring dust meter PFM-AD12 at the Matsushima factory in Japan has the following features:

  • The measurement method is unique.Using the triboelectric charging method, it can detect dust particles with a size greater than or equal to 0.3μm, and the humidity requirement for the dust is less than or equal to 40 vol%.

  • Adjustable sensitivityThe detected concentration range is 0.1 to 1000 mg/m³, with 9 sensitivity levels available for switching, from Sensitivity 1 (low sensitivity) to Sensitivity 9 (high sensitivity), which can be adjusted according to actual needs.

  • The output signals are diverse.It has a DC4~20mA output signal, with a current of 23.3mA. It is also equipped with a fault alarm and an upper limit alarm, both 1c×1, to meet the signal transmission and alarm requirements in different scenarios.

  • Clear and intuitive display.It uses a 4-digit display with a concentration range of 0.0 to 118.5%, allowing users to intuitively understand the dust concentration situation.

  • Variable integration timeThe integration time can be variably set within the range of 0 to 30 seconds, enhancing operational flexibility.

  • Protect the structural reliability.The protective structure meets the IP54 standard, ensuring that under normal working conditions, the enclosure, wiring at the lead-in ports, and the locked state effectively prevent the ingress of dust and water.
