The material of the crushing components for the rollers and worktable can be selected from a wide range, from wear-resistant castings to ceramics that minimize metal contamination, depending on the characteristics of the raw materials. Additionally, by employing various wear-resistant linings in the crushing components, the service life of the main crushing parts is extended, and contamination is reduced.

Excellent maintainability

Since the roller section can be opened and removed from the machine using a hydraulic cylinder, the main consumable components—roller tires and worktable liners—can be easily replaced.
