Material Introduction:

Manganese-based cathode materials have a high energy density, primarily due to the structure and properties of manganese. Manganese is a transition metal element that exhibits good catalytic activity in chemical reactions. Manganese oxides possess high specific capacity and density, making them excellent cathode materials for batteries.

Meanwhile, manganese-based cathode materials exhibit high chemical reactivity, enabling the battery to maintain a high discharge voltage even under high-rate discharge conditions, thereby providing long-lasting high-energy output for power batteries. As a result, manganese-based cathode materials hold broad application prospects in fields such as electric vehicles, rechargeable power tools, and energy storage devices.

Scope of Application:

This series of pulverizers and classifiers, with their unique working principle, can process various materials into ultra-fine powders through dry, high-purity, and low-temperature methods. They are widely used in industries such as chemicals, mining, abrasives, battery materials, refractory materials, non-metallic minerals, metallurgy, building materials, pharmaceuticals, food, pesticides, feed, new materials, and environmental protection, as well as for the ultra-fine grinding, dispersion, and particle shaping of various dry powder materials.

Working Principle:

The ZJ series fluidized bed ultrafine pulverizer utilizes multiple oppositely arranged nozzles to generate high-speed airflow, which accelerates the material to supersonic speeds, causing it to collide at the intersection of the nozzles for ultrafine grinding. The pulverized material is carried by the upward airflow into the classifier chamber of the classifier. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classifier rotor, the particles are subjected to both the centrifugal force generated by the classifier rotor and the centripetal force produced by the viscous effect of the airflow. When the centrifugal force on the particles exceeds the centripetal force, i.e., coarse particles above the classification particle size return to the grinding chamber for further impact grinding, while fine particles are carried by the airflow into the cyclone separator and collector for collection, with the gas being discharged by the induced draft fan.
