The kneader is a horizontal twin-shaft parallel type, with a Z-shaped stirring shaft system. The blades are developed according to the Archimedean spiral, and the two paddles are horizontally arranged, rotating in opposite directions at different speeds. During operation, the motor drives the main paddle through a reducer, which then drives the driven paddle via a walking gear. The spiral blades of the stirring paddles move the material both axially and radially, applying both high-speed and low-speed extrusion, as well as combining extrusion and separation movements. This ensures the material is fully kneaded, rubbed, mixed, and blended, accelerating its physical and chemical reactions. To prevent the formation of large bubbles during the stirring and kneading process, ensuring the product is dense, it is recommended that users adopt a vacuum-type kneader. This involves applying a vacuum during the material kneading process, achieving a vacuum level of up to 0.094 MPa. The kneader's mixing tank is W-shaped, welded from two layers of steel plates. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, with the bottom consisting of two semi-cylindrical inner cavities and a horizontal material distribution ridge in the middle. The outer shell is made of ordinary low-carbon steel. The cavity can be injected with steam, hot water, or cold water to achieve heating or cooling. Alternatively, an electric heating method can be used, where a夹层 is added at the bottom of the mixing tank, with multiple electric heating tubes installed inside. The夹层 is filled with a sufficient amount of thermal oil, and when powered on, the heat is transferred to the material through the thermal oil to achieve heating.
