Homogeneous disperser

The working head is connected to the drive motor via a coupling, allowing for flexible and easy disassembly and assembly. HomogenizerDisperserThe structure of the working head is unique. It utilizes the rotor, driven at high speed by the motor, to achieve a high rotational linear velocity, generating strong liquid shear forces and intense high-frequency mechanical effects. This forces the experimental fluid material, under the action of immense centrifugal force, to undergo mutual shearing and dispersion between the rotor and stator. The experimental material endures tens of thousands of shearing, tearing, and mixing actions per minute, thereby achieving the effects of dispersion and homogenization.
