ZLPG-10 Spray Drying Unit

The inner wall thickness of the main drying tower is 3mm. The tower body joints and pipe elbows must adopt an arc design. The inner wall and all pipes in contact with dry powder shall be made of SU304 stainless steel mirror panels, with polished welds. The outer side of the tower's inner wall shall use reinforcement rib welding technology to ensure the tower's structural stability. The outer surface of the tower body shall be made of SUS304 material, with a fully welded cladding layer and a brushed matte finish. It must be equipped with a cold air jacket device, an anti-backflow hot air volute, and a primary air cooling device.

The air intake duct is made of SUS304 with insulation material of aluminum silicate insulation cotton; the air outlet duct is made of SUS304. The bends where materials pass through are formed in one piece, with mirror-finished inner walls, polished welds, sanitary-grade sealing gaskets, and equipped with a drain outlet.

The induced draft fan is made of SUS304 material with variable frequency speed regulation, and an automatic backflow prevention device is installed in front of the induced draft fan.

The drying process should include a timely cleaning system, equipped with a cold air curtain or air sweep. The main tower and cyclone should be fitted with automatic rapping devices (using pneumatic rapping or bin wall vibrators) to prevent material buildup and thermal damage.

Two quick-install cleaning balls are installed on the main tower, and the air duct between the main tower and the cyclone tower should adopt a detachable quick-install clamp type.

The drying tower body must be equipped with manholes at convenient locations for cleaning, ensuring strong internal visibility of the equipment to facilitate personnel in observing the internal conditions at any time.
