Thermal Oil Heated Horizontal Double Paddle Dryer KJG-120
This project is a centralized sludge disposal engineering project, with drying being one of the treatment processes.
Specific equipment shall be provided in a list according to the plan, and Party A's target equipment is for reference only.
Brief process: After dewatering, the lump sludge needs to be crushed by a crusher. The sludge enters the dryer through a quantitative feeder, where 270°C thermal oil is introduced. The drying heat source is steam. The hot air heated by the steam radiator carries the moisture and is discharged from the dehumidification outlet. The dried sludge is transported via a belt conveyor.
Other requirements for the drying machine: The equipment required to process 65 tons of sludge with a moisture content of approximately 60% per day to a moisture content below 30% should have a footprint of about 60 m². The sludge drying process must be conducted in a sealed environment to facilitate easy control of odor and dust emissions, as well as explosion prevention.
Site Requirements: Within 100 square meters
Target device:
Dehydrated Mud Cake Crusher
4 units of axial flow exhaust fans in the drying workshop.
Horizontal double-paddle dryer,
Dryer accessories: quantitative feeder; water bath dust collector and control cabinet.
Dry sludge belt conveyor, conveying distance to be determined.
Equipment Solution Requirements:
1. Specific drying plan;
2. List of Main Equipment and Auxiliary Equipment;
3. Detailed Equipment Quotation
