2.5T/h Hollow Double-Shaft Disc Blade Dryer
The drying system has a processing capacity of 60 t/d. Sludge with a moisture content of 75% is transported from the existing vacuum belt dehydrator to the sludge storage silo and then conveyed to the drying equipment. The dewatered sludge is transported via a shaftless screw conveyor to a disc paddle dryer, where saturated steam is introduced into the dryer through pipelines. Steam flows from one end of the dryer shaft through the paddles to the other end. The internal structure of the paddles facilitates steam flow, ensuring a better heat transfer coefficient on the sludge side. The outer surface of the dryer is equipped with an insulation layer to prevent steam condensation. The sludge is dried and evaporated by the heating medium flowing through the twin-shaft paddles and the jacket. The evaporated water vapor is carried away by the circulating exhaust gas inside the dryer and enters the dust removal system.
2.5T/h Hollow Double-Shaft Disc Blade Dryer
Processing capacity: 2.5T/h, utilizing a hollow dual-shaft disc paddle dryer, which allows for variable frequency adjustment. It is a low-speed stirring continuous indirect heating equipment that conducts heat through the hollow circular structure of the paddles to dry (or cool) materials. The paddles are equipped with a steam inlet and a condensate outlet. The material of the inner wall of the box and the paddles: 16Mn.
