Nano calcium carbonate, also known as ultra-fine calcium carbonate, is formally named as superfine calcium carbonate. In the plastics industry, nano calcium carbonate is primarily used in high-end plastic products. It improves the rheological properties of plastic masterbatches and enhances their moldability. As a plastic filler, it provides toughening and reinforcing effects, increasing the bending strength, bending elastic modulus, heat deflection temperature, and dimensional stability of plastics, while also imparting thermal retention properties. In ink products, nano calcium carbonate exhibits excellent dispersibility, transparency, and outstanding gloss, along with superior ink absorption and high drying performance. When used as a filler in resin-based inks, nano calcium carbonate offers advantages such as good stability, high gloss, no adverse effects on the drying performance of printing inks, and strong adaptability.

Water discharge structure of a paddle dryer, which is soft and flexible, resistant to damage during rotation with the shaft, and naturally sinks into the condensate water under gravity, facilitating timely discharge of the condensate. This improved heated shaft structure of the paddle dryer includes a paddle dryer shaft tube, shaft heads, blades, and a siphon discharge pipe. The paddle dryer shaft tube is connected to the shaft heads to form a paddle shaft assembly, with blades installed on the outside of the paddle dryer shaft tube. The siphon discharge pipe is inserted into the paddle dryer shaft tube from one side of the shaft head, and the condensate water is discharged through the siphon discharge pipe under the siphon principle driven by the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the shaft tube. It is characterized in that the siphon discharge pipe is a siphon hose, which is sealed and connected to the shaft head on the installation side. The diameter of the hose is determined through process calculations based on the amount of condensate water, and it is generally appropriate for the inner diameter of the shaft head to be twice the diameter of the hose.
