Dryer Order Requirements
1. Drying medium: Chemical sludge (moisture content 60%). Specific gravity: 1
2. The moisture content of the sludge after drying is less than 20%.
3. Processing capacity: The weight of the medium that can be retained in the drying unit at one time is 2.5 tons, and 5 tons of sludge can be processed within 6 hours.
4. Dryer material: **One type is carbon steel.
5. The heat source is 4 kg of saturated steam.
6. The quotation shall include a detailed list of the equipment contained within the device.
Overview
Vacuum paddle dryer is mainly used for drying explosive, easily oxidized, and paste-like materials. Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of the solvent is lowered, and air is isolated, preventing oxidation and overheating deterioration of the material during the drying process. A heating medium (hot water, hot oil) is introduced into the jacket, and a measured amount of wet material is added to the drum. The paddle shaft stirs the material to ensure uniform heating. Once the material meets the drying requirements, the discharge valve at the bottom of the drum is opened, allowing the material to move toward the center under the stirring action of the paddle shaft for discharge.
Characteristics
1. This machine adopts a large-area interlayer heating method, featuring a large heat transfer area and high thermal efficiency.
2. High evaporation intensity, generally capable of evaporating 10-15 kg (water)/m²·h.
3. After the solvent vapor entrainment is filtered through a bag filter, there is no environmental pollution, and the product recovery rate is high.
4. The machine is equipped with stirring, enabling smooth drying of slurry, paste, and viscous materials.
