LG-20 Oxide Heavy Pressure Dry Granulator comprises a tablet pressing unit, a crushing unit, and a granulating unit. The fixed crushing plate of the crushing unit is secured to the front wall of the frame, while the movable crushing plate is connected to a driving mechanism and positioned obliquely facing the fixed crushing plate. The driving mechanism drives the movable crushing plate to perform a deflection motion with a certain swing angle, causing it to move away from or closer to the fixed crushing plate. A crushing chamber is formed between the fixed crushing plate and the movable crushing plate, with the upper edges of the chamber farther apart to form a feed inlet, and the lower edges closer together to form a discharge outlet. The feed inlet of the crushing unit is connected to the discharge guide plate of the tablet pressing unit, while the feed inlet of the granulating unit is connected to the second discharge guide plate of the crushing unit's discharge outlet. In the crushing unit of the present invention, the two crushing plates do not come into direct contact. Large pieces placed between the two crushing plates are crushed through compression, bending, and splitting actions, without generating powder from plate-to-plate grinding. The material blocks are crushed uniformly, easily discharged in a cubic shape, and the granulation rate is significantly improved.
