This equipment is primarily suitable for small to medium-scale granulation processes in laboratories. The powder material and binder are rapidly mixed and stirred by the bottom mixing paddle in a wet granulation chamber, and then cut into uniform wet granules by a side-mounted high-speed crushing paddle, thereby achieving the granulation purpose. Powder materials are manually added into the mixing container. They are first driven by the rotation of the bottom stirring paddle to undergo fluidized motion and achieve thorough mixing. Then, a binder is injected through a pressure spray gun to transform the dry powder into a moist soft material. Simultaneously, under the combined action of the stirring paddle and the high-speed side wall cutter, uniform wet granules are formed. After granulation, the material is discharged to the next process (granulation or drying).
