Waste Paper Fiber Rotary Flash Dryer XSG-1400

The spin flash dryer is a new type of high-efficiency fluidized drying equipment developed by our company to overcome the low efficiency and high energy consumption of static drying. During the design process, this machine fully integrates the characteristics of fluidized drying methods such as airflow drying, leveraging strengths and avoiding weaknesses, resulting in a reasonable process structure and superior performance. It truly achieves the goals of low energy consumption and high efficiency in fluidized drying.

The application scope of the waste paper fiber spin flash dryer is extremely broad. It can be used for dehumidification and drying of flame retardants, molecular sieves, rubber and plastic additives, pesticides, pigments, dyes, fine chemicals, feed, pharmaceuticals, and certain intermediates.

Hot air enters the stirring and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at a certain speed through the air inlet, exerting strong shearing, floating, and rotating effects on the material. As a result, the material is micronized through centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, enhancing mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically broken by the action of the stirrer. Particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried upward by the rotating airflow, undergoing further drying during the ascent. Due to the rotational flow of the gas-solid phase, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, resulting in a relatively high relative velocity between the solid and gas phases. This enhances the heat transfer effect between the two phases, thereby giving the dryer a high drying intensity.

Characteristics of Fiber Rotary Flash Dryer

1. A variety of feeding devices are available for selection, ensuring continuous and stable feeding without bridging.

2. A special cooling device is installed at the bottom of the dryer to prevent the material from deteriorating in the high-temperature zone at the bottom.

3. Special pneumatic sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively extend the service life of the transmission components.

4. A special air distribution device reduces equipment resistance while balancing the wind speed inside the tower.

5. The drying chamber is equipped with a classification ring and swirl blades, allowing the material fineness and final moisture content to be adjustable and controllable.

6. The rotary flash dryer for waste paper fibers features high circumferential airflow velocity in the drying chamber and short material residence time, effectively preventing material adhesion to the walls and deterioration of heat-sensitive materials.
