Lithium carbonate slurry drying equipment

Separation, drying, crushing, and packaging:
Lithium carbonate slurry is separated using a centrifugal separator and then added to a disc dryer for drying. The drying process employs indirect steam drying, resulting in no dust generation. After drying, the material is pulverized to <20μm using an airflow ultrafine pulverizer, and finally packaged by an automatic quantitative packaging machine before being sent to the finished product warehouse.
The project adopts "a method for recovering lithium from lithium molybdenum industry using a spodumene sulfuric acid process for lithium carbonate production" to recover lithium from the lithium precipitation mother liquor. The main processes include acidification of the lithium precipitation mother liquor, saponification, displacement, separation, acid washing, and separation. This method is currently under **patent application**. The specific process is as follows:

Dry packaging: The wet refined product obtained through recrystallization separation is dried in a vacuum paddle dryer, then packaged by an automatic packaging machine. After passing inspection, it is sent to the finished product warehouse.

Brief Description of the Production Process of Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate
The decahydrate sodium sulfate obtained from the freezing and sodium precipitation of lithium-depleted mother liquor and the conversion freezing separation is added to a dissolution tank, where steam is introduced for dissolution. The resulting solution is then fed into an evaporator for evaporation and sodium precipitation. The obtained anhydrous sodium sulfate slurry is transferred to a horizontal automatic centrifuge for separation. The evaporated sodium-precipitated mother liquor is returned to the freezing and sodium precipitation of lithium-depleted mother liquor and the conversion of the final solution with caustic soda, respectively. The produced anhydrous sodium sulfate is dried in a pulse airflow dryer, then sent to an automatic packaging machine for packaging. After passing inspection, it is transported to the finished product warehouse.
