Cobalt(II,III) Oxide Disc Dryer
Cobalt(II,III) Oxide Disc DryerProcess characteristics:
Continuous operation with high thermal efficiency. Since the energy-saving and environmentally friendly disc continuous dryer uses conduction heat transfer for drying, no air is introduced into the dryer during the drying process, resulting in very low exhaust gas carryover. Therefore, its thermal efficiency can reach over 85%.
Minimal material loss and a favorable operating environment. In the energy-saving and environmentally friendly disc continuous dryer for drying cobalt tetroxide, the material enters from the top and exits from the bottom, resulting in a distribution where the upper part is wet and the lower part is dry. Additionally, the drying exhaust gas flows at an extremely low velocity (approximately 0.1 m/s), making it difficult for material dust to float to the top of the equipment. As a result, very little dust is carried away by the exhaust gas, preventing material loss and environmental pollution, thereby meeting environmental protection requirements. The entire drying system operates in a sealed manner, and the exhaust gas is treated with a specially designed dust collector, which can recover over 99% of the dust.
The equipment offers strong adjustability, ensuring uniform and controllable material drying. The drying effect can be conveniently adjusted by modifying the equipment's rotation speed, material layer thickness, heat source flow rate, heat source temperature, number of rake arms, rake blade form, size and angle, material feed rate, and the number of drying trays used in the dryer.
The equipment operates stably, has a long service life, and is easy to operate.
The material flows in a single direction with no back-mixing, resulting in uniform drying, stable quality, and no need for further mixing.
Special materials are used to ensure the product meets the requirements for iron ions. For wear-prone parts (such as the interior of the feeder, the rake blades of the tray dryer, and the drying trays), non-metallic materials, non-metallic linings, or other metal materials free of iron ions are employed to guarantee the product's compliance with iron ion specifications.
Each layer of the drying tray can be individually supplied with hot or cold medium to heat or cool the material. It is also possible to achieve drying in the upper section and cooling in the lower section within a single device, ensuring accurate and easy temperature control of the material.
Flexible heat source usage. Depending on the heat source supply conditions at the usage site, steam or thermal oil (electric heating, natural gas heating, coal heating, or gas heating) can be used as the heat source.
For small particles in wet materials, a specially designed crushing device is installed at an appropriate position inside the dryer to crush the small particles into powder. This enhances heat transfer and the drying process, ensuring uniformity of the dried material.
Easy to install and compact in footprint. The dryer is delivered as a complete unit and transported as a whole, requiring only hoisting into position, making installation and positioning very simple. Due to the layered arrangement of drying trays and vertical installation, even with a large drying area, the footprint remains very small.
