Chemical Sludge Hollow Blade Dryer KJG-90
These are the process parameters for the drying system of chemical sludge filter cake after plate-and-frame pressure filtration in an environmental protection company. The final moisture content of the sludge is set at 20% (surface water), and the initial moisture content of the filter cake is 70% (surface water). After high-pressure plate-and-frame pressure filtration, the filter cake is discharged into a hopper. The plate-and-frame hopper is a timed-opening bucket type. A buffer hopper needs to be installed beneath the drying unit and above the plate-and-frame hopper. A single or double screw feeder should be added for uniform feeding, and the filter cake must be crushed before feeding. The discharge packaging will be manual bagging. The exhaust gas requires a water spray device, with regular排污 discharged to our wastewater tank. The circulating pump and wastewater transfer pump should be made of stainless steel 304, with motors configured as required. The fan inlet temperature should be provided after design calculations. If the exhaust gas temperature is below 50°C, a fiberglass fan can be used; if the temperature is higher, a 304 stainless steel fan should be selected. The fan brand is specified as Dingyu. Considering that the final moisture content of the sludge is 20%, significant dust may be generated during the drying process. Therefore, additional dust removal measures should be considered before the water mist dust removal, while accounting for the presence of condensed steam in the air ducts to prevent long-term operation from clogging the ducts and dust removal equipment. Reasonable temperature and pressure measurement points should be added in the design. The fan, main unit, and screw feeder need to be equipped with variable-frequency motors, allowing manual speed adjustment (stepless speed change) as well as parameter setting for automatic adjustment. Since part of the main unit structure is a pressure vessel, relevant considerations should be taken.
