A drum dryer is an internally heated, conduction-type rotary drying equipment. Wet material on the outer wall of the drum receives heat transferred through conduction, removing moisture to achieve the required moisture content. Heat is transferred from the inner wall of the drum to the outer wall and then through the material film, resulting in high thermal efficiency and continuous operation. Therefore, it is widely used for drying liquid or strip materials, and is particularly suitable for paste-like and viscous materials.
