Working Principle of Fishmeal Drum Scraper Dryer

Fish meal drum scraper dryer is an internally heated conduction-type rotating drying equipment. Wet material on the outer wall of the drum receives heat transferred through conduction, removing moisture to achieve the required moisture content. Heat is transferred from the inner wall of the drum to the outer wall and then through the material film, resulting in high thermal efficiency and continuous operation. Therefore, it is widely used for drying liquid materials or strip-shaped materials, and is particularly suitable for paste-like and viscous materials. It can be divided into two types: single-drum and double-drum dryers. Additionally, it can be classified into atmospheric and reduced-pressure types based on operating pressure.
