The adjustment method features an adjustable pneumatic pressing mechanism, allowing the blade to operate more flexibly while meeting requirements. In terms of drum precision, both the drum and the frame undergo overall stress-relief annealing to prevent stress from affecting product accuracy, ensuring that the runout between the drum and the frame bearing remains below 0.01mm during equipment operation. Considering that contaminants may enter the material during the drying process, our company has adopted a fully enclosed structure, which also breaks the current situation where drum drying does not meet GMP standards, providing a platform for sterile production. Overall, the equipment offers advantages such as a small footprint, low energy consumption, and low investment, making it more adaptable to the development trends of the times.
