Description of ZB-5000 Rake Vacuum Dryer
Working Principle of Rake Dryer Equipment:
The ZB-type vacuum paddle dryer is a novel horizontal batch vacuum drying equipment improved based on the introduction and absorption of foreign paddle drying technology. A certain amount of material is added in batches, and then the outer jacket heats the cylinder wall, which conducts heat to dry the material. The wet material evaporates moisture through conduction, and the stirrer with scraping arms continuously removes the material from the heated surface, forming a circulating flow within the container. The evaporated moisture is extracted by a vacuum pump.
