The dry granulator uses a horizontal twin-screw to feed material to the rollers, allowing for easy adjustment of the feed rate, improving the uniformity of material distribution to the rollers, and increasing the friction between the material and the rollers. The special roller structure prevents water leakage during water cooling, ensures uniform cooling of the rollers, and reduces the likelihood of powder sticking to the rollers. The vacuum degassing device of the dry granulator removes air from the material, significantly increasing the output of the roller compactor, with efficiency improvements of 2 to 4 times. The granulation mechanism is mounted on a movable cart, using angled slats for granulation, making the process easy to perform. Additionally, replacing the screen is simple, and the machine chamber generates minimal heat. The entire dry granulator is fully enclosed, allowing for fully automatic operation without dust emission. The feeding, roller compaction, and granulation sections are easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble, meeting GMP requirements.

This ensures that the material, after being extruded by the pressure roller, forms a thin sheet with a certain strength and thickness.
