Design Requirements for Steam-Type CT-C-II Hot Air Circulation Oven
1. Please consider the feasibility of replacing the axial fan with a centrifugal fan to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the hot air.
2. Between the two rows of ovens, our company hopes to add another set of heating tubes. However, the dimensions should be similar to the external dimensions of the CT-C-II type oven.
3. In the design of the air intake, please consider allowing both the introduction of natural air from outside the workshop and the connection to natural air inside the workshop. The purpose is to enable our company to switch based on air humidity conditions: consistently use low-humidity air to increase drying efficiency and maintain product color.
4. Please install a forced exhaust fan at the upper right of the oven top. The purpose is to remove evaporated moisture, increase drying efficiency, and protect the product color.
5. Seven ovens are located in the same workshop. To prevent excessive heat from dissipating into the workshop and causing the temperature to rise too high, please consider optimizing the insulation materials. (Note: National regulations allow the outer walls of ovens to be 5–10°C higher than the workshop ambient temperature. Our company will also verify whether the current ovens meet the requirements and provide feedback accordingly.)
6. For the accompanying drying trays, please consider increasing the mesh density.
7. Your company believes that a steam pressure of 2-4 kg can ensure the proper operation of a single oven. Currently, our workshop has 2 ovens and plans to expand to 7. Please advise on the steam pressure or steam pipe diameter requirements after the expansion.
