96 drying trays pharmaceutical hot air circulation oven, 200kg/batch
Process Description: The hot air circulation oven's air circulation system employs a fan-based forced air circulation method, ensuring uniform and efficient airflow. The air source is driven by a circulation fan motor (using a contactless switch) that powers the impeller to pass air through the heater, delivering hot air. This hot air then travels through the air ducts into the oven's interior chamber, where the used air is drawn back into the ducts to serve as the air source for recirculation and reheating. This drying equipment is a static dryer. When materials are dried in a static dryer, they remain in a stationary state, ensuring their shape is not damaged.

Inner surface polish: Ra ≤ 0.6μm
The inner surface of the equipment should be smooth, free of burrs, and easy to clean.
The thickness of the inner wall panel shall not be less than 2.0mm, all welds shall be fully welded, and each weld or weld point shall be polished and passivated. The materials of components shall comply with production, process, and GMP requirements.
The overall drying rack is movable and designed with laminar flow. The main frame's primary pipes are ∅45x3, and the heating coils are ∅18x2. The spacing between pipe layers is no less than 120mm. The heating coils are made of sanitary-grade seamless stainless steel pressure-resistant pipes, and the main frame features rounded corner connections. All pipes are made of 304 stainless steel. The drying rack is equipped with a transition trolley, used when moving the rack out of the drying oven. The trolley is made of stainless steel pipes, with wheels made of high-strength nylon, including 2 fixed wheels and 2 swivel wheels.
The heating tube interface of the drying rack adopts a sanitary quick-installation form.
The baking tray is made of 304 stainless steel, with straight edges formed in a single pressing, and a thickness of 1.0mm.
Equipment operating pressure: -0.1MPa to 0.098MPa
Operating Temperature: 20~100℃
The air inlet and outlet of the fan are equipped with medium-efficiency filters.
The outer surface is smooth, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, with chamfering and rounding at transitions. Bolts and nuts exposed on the equipment's exterior must be capped or covered, and there shall be no obvious dents, burrs, scratches, impacts, or signs of corrosion.
Exterior surface polish: Ra ≤ 0.6μm
The door sealing material is silicone rubber, ensuring a tight seal. The door hinges are of an arc type, requiring convenient and flexible operation.
The tightening handwheel device has a plate thickness of no less than 14mm, made of 304 stainless steel.
