Two-door, six-tray hot air circulation drying oven

The equipment is installed in a 32.75m*14m space, with 18 two-door, six-tray ovens set up for drying Mailuo Shutong Pills. Each oven operates independently and can run separately.

Used for drying the Meridian Soothing Pills (finished product moisture content approximately 6.5%). The circulating fan is equipped with variable frequency functionality, with a sufficient number of fans to maintain a large circulating air volume. Air volume operating parameters can be set, and the dehumidification fan should be matched with the circulating fan.

No need to equip drying carts and drying trays; only the drying oven is required.

Operating Time: The equipment must be capable of continuous and stable operation, meeting the requirement of at least 168 hours of uninterrupted runtime.

Heating method: circulating hot water heating, hot air circulation drying.

Temperature Control: The device can set the temperature from 0 to 100°C (with a random linear setting in increments of 0.1°C, and the error between the set temperature and the actual displayed temperature does not exceed 2°C). The temperature control system can meet different process requirements. Once the temperature is set, the device program can run continuously and automatically without manual intervention. An automatic alarm system is activated when the temperature exceeds the set range.

Reserve a temperature distribution verification interface. Based on the set temperature, the temperature distribution at each point should be ≤ ±5°C. The temperature probes should be reasonably distributed, covering both cold and hot spots. The number of probes (no less than 3) should be specified in the bid document.

When the equipment's fan switch is turned off or the fan is not working, the heating system will not heat.

Provide the wall thickness data for components such as the shell, inner wall, and base plate.

The equipment should be equipped with an insulation layer, and the type and thickness of the insulation material should be specified in the bid document.

Install an effective backflow prevention device to prevent outdoor gas from flowing back, and ensure it can be linked with the equipment.

Temperature regulation temperature error ±1.5℃

The circulating fan should specify the air volume, quantity, and power, while the moisture exhaust fan should be equipped with automatic moisture removal functionality.

PLC and touchscreen can display real-time temperature and operating time within the equipment, record the start and end times of each shift batch and cumulative operating time, etc., with a Chinese display interface. All parameters can be set and modified, and automatic/manual mode operations can be switched. A printer is included. The equipment is equipped with no fewer than three levels of security protection, allowing operators to set different functions and perform different operations based on their respective levels. Different levels have different permissions, with higher levels having full control over lower levels.

The hot water inlet control adopts a double pneumatic angle seat valve with solenoid valve control to ensure operational safety.
