1. All double-cone equipment motors are explosion-proof, with a motor protection rating of IP55. The brand selection includes Wannan, Jiamusi, Nanyang, etc.

2. The on-site explosion-proof buttons are isolated from the non-explosion-proof area. The explosion-proof level of the on-site explosion-proof control box is EX.dIICT6, and the protection level is IP65.

3. All double-cone units are controlled by Siemens touch screen PLC, with inverters using the ABB brand.

4. Among them, SZG-1000, SZG-1500, and SZG-3000 have contact parts made of 304 material, while SZG-500 has contact parts made of 316L.

5. The outer wall is uniformly made of 2mm SUS304 stainless steel.

6. All double cones adopt three-point vacuum extraction.

7. Mechanical seals are used, and the sealing ring material is silicone.

8. All double-cone units are equipped with a material collection small cyclone and a nitrogen back-flush device, and the vacuum cover uses a 0.45μm precision filter.
