Product Introduction
The hydraulic dual-shaft disperser is suitable for mixing and dispersing two or more types of liquids and powdered materials. The dual impellers simultaneously disperse solid-liquid phases, effectively reducing the material's follow-up phenomenon and accelerating the dispersion effect and quality.
Product Features
High dispersion efficiency and excellent product quality.
The equipment's **rotational speed can reach 2930 rpm (high power** 1450 rpm), with a linear velocity of over 20 m/s, enabling rapid and uniform dispersion of powder materials into liquid materials. Due to the extremely high shear forces, the materials are evenly dispersed, resulting in excellent suspension effects.
Easy to operate and safe.
The equipment uses an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator, with a control valve to manage the disperser's ascent, stop, and descent, offering simple operation and high stability. The dispersion disc is secured to the main shaft with hexagon socket bolts, allowing for convenient and quick disassembly, replacement, and easy cleaning. Different dispersion discs can be swapped based on process requirements to achieve optimal dispersion results. It features various clamping methods (belt, manual, pneumatic) to quickly secure the mixing drum, preventing displacement during operation and ensuring safety.
Diverse methods
The equipment has a compact structure and can be designed as either floor-standing or platform-mounted, with the cylinder body configurable as either movable or fixed.
The non-standard nature is strong.
Customizable various types of non-standard products, such as explosion-proof, sealed, with lifting cover, coaxial/dual-shaft composite, multi-cylinder single machine, kettle-type, etc. Materials can be customized according to requirements.
The hydraulic dual-shaft disperser operates with two sets of dispersing discs rotating at high speed, causing the material to form a circular flow and generate a strong vortex, which spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, thereby moving the entire transmission mechanism and working group.
