It is equipped with a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, allowing for long-duration operation with stable performance and low noise. The mixing disc is easy to disassemble and can be replaced with different specifications and types of dispersion discs based on process requirements. The lifting structure uses a hydraulic oil cylinder as the actuator, ensuring stable lifting, and is equipped with an integrated oil tank that is environmentally friendly and leak-free. The equipment includes a rotating mechanism, allowing for the configuration of 2-4 material tanks around it. Combined with hydraulic lifting and limit devices, it enables multi-cylinder production with a single machine.

The equipment's **rotational speed can reach 2930 rpm (1450 rpm for high-power models), with a linear velocity of over 20 m/s**, enabling rapid and uniform dispersion of powder materials into liquid materials. Due to the extremely high shear forces, the materials are evenly dispersed, resulting in excellent suspension effects.

The equipment uses an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator, with a control valve to manage the disperser's ascent, stop, and descent, ensuring simple operation and high stability. The dispersion disc is fixed to the main shaft with hexagon socket bolts, allowing for convenient and quick disassembly and replacement, easy cleaning, and the ability to swap different dispersion discs based on process requirements to achieve optimal dispersion results. It is equipped with a rotating motor (a non-standard custom component) and a limit sleeve, enabling multi-tank production with a single machine.

Rotary Disperser / Multi-Cylinder Disperser utilizes the high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc to create a circular flow of materials, generating a strong vortex that spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification. Equipped with a rotating motor and a limit sleeve, the disperser can rotate to cooperate with any cylinder around it for operation. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift, which in turn moves the entire transmission mechanism and working group up and down.
