The dual-shaft multifunctional high-power dispersion mixer consists of a wall-scraping agitator and a high-speed disperser. The two sets of agitators operate simultaneously, subjecting the materials to intense shearing and mixing effects to achieve rapid blending. The agitators are generally available in two types: anchor type and butterfly type. The **mixing configuration** can be designed based on the viscosity, specific gravity of the materials, and different production process requirements.

Easy to operate and safe.

The equipment uses an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator, with a control valve to manage the rise, stop, and descent of the working head, offering simple operation and high stability. The mixing paddle is secured to the main shaft with fixing bolts, making it easy to disassemble, replace, and clean. It features various clamping methods (belt, manual, pneumatic) to quickly secure the mixing drum, preventing displacement during operation and ensuring safety.

The material does not stick to the walls, ensuring clean discharge.

A scraper is installed on the agitator, which closely adheres to the tank wall for scraping. After the tank wall undergoes precision machining on a vertical lathe, it is further polished by an automatic polishing machine to ensure that the moving scraper completely removes material from the tank wall during rotation. This prevents material from adhering to the tank wall, thereby improving the mixing efficiency.

Customizable for various types of non-standard products, such as explosion-proof, vacuum, heating, and intelligent models with PLC control. The material can be customized as SS316L stainless steel or coated with special materials as required.

The stirring blades of the concentric dual-shaft hydraulic disperser rotate in a fixed direction driven by the power unit; during rotation, they drive the material to perform axial and radial rotation. The material inside the mixer undergoes both axial and circumferential motion, resulting in several mixing forms such as shear mixing and diffusion mixing simultaneously. A scraper is installed on the stirring blade, closely adhering to the wall of the barrel for scraping. As the stirrer rotates, the scraper completely removes the material from the barrel wall, preventing material buildup and enhancing the mixing effect. The dispersion disc operates at high speed, causing the material to form a ring-shaped flow, generating a strong vortex that spirals down to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear impact and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution. The stirring disc, through circumferential motion, generates a strong radial effect, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency. The hydraulic lifting mixer drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower through the operation of the hydraulic pump, thereby raising and lowering the entire transmission mechanism and working group.
