The equipment can reach a speed of **1500 rpm** and a linear velocity of over **20 m/s**, enabling rapid and uniform dispersion of powder into liquid materials. Due to the extremely high shear force applied, the materials are evenly dispersed, resulting in excellent suspension effects.

It is equipped with a manual barrel clamping device that can quickly secure the mixing barrel, preventing displacement during operation and ensuring safety.

The pneumatic lifting disperser utilizes the high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc to create a circular flow of the material, generating a strong vortex that spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. This process results in intense shear, impact, and friction between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, and uniform mixing. The cylinder is operated by rotating the pneumatic valve or using solenoid valve jog control, and the lifting of the cylinder drives the motor and working head to move up and down.
