Product Introduction
The laboratory basket mill is suitable for wet grinding of low to medium viscosity fluids and is a batch-type laboratory production equipment. The material undergoes irregular collisions between grinding media, generating powerful kinetic energy in all directions, which reduces the particle size of the material. It integrates dispersion and grinding, simplifying the process. A single device and one container are sufficient to complete dispersion and grinding, improving production efficiency and reducing material waste. Compared to other grinding equipment, this product is easier to clean and is suitable for grinding a variety of materials.
Product Features
The motor drives the stirring rod and the bottom dispersion disc to rotate at high speed, creating a vacuum in the upper part of the dispersion disc and inside the basket cavity, causing the slurry to be drawn into the basket grinding chamber. The stirring rod drives the grinding media within the chamber to generate forces in all directions, causing the particles in the material to undergo continuous collision and friction with the media, resulting in reduced particle size and a narrower particle size range. The high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc generates a vortex that draws the material out of the chamber and recirculates it to the feed inlet, achieving a highly significant dispersing and mixing effect.
