The diaphragm pump of the disc-type horizontal sand mill circulates the material between the material tank and the grinding chamber. The grinding media with a high filling rate in the chamber are driven by the rotating disc, generating forces in various directions and irregular movements. The particles in the material are continuously collided and rubbed by the grinding media. Meanwhile, the screen separates the material from the grinding media, allowing the material to continuously circulate from the material tank to the grinding chamber. This achieves the goal of reducing particle size and narrowing the particle size range.
