High grinding efficiency, good product fineness.

The powerful kinetic energy drives the zirconia stirring rod, causing the grinding media in the chamber to move irregularly, colliding and rubbing against each other at high speed, rapidly reducing the particle size of the powder. Zirconia beads of 1.4-1.6mm can be selected for excellent grinding fineness.

Easy to operate, with intelligent temperature control.

It adopts an over-temperature shutdown control method, features temperature control, and is equipped with a high-performance frequency converter for intuitive display and strong operability. Pour the material to be ground into the feed hopper, start the machine to complete the grinding process, and after grinding, discharge the material from the discharge port at the bottom of the grinding chamber.

Low temperature rise, stable product performance.

The grinding chamber is equipped with a cooling water jacket, which allows water to flow through for cooling during operation, achieving an excellent cooling effect with a typical temperature rise of less than 10°.

The diaphragm pump of the pilot horizontal sand mill circulates the material in the feeding hopper with the grinding chamber for grinding. The grinding chamber is filled with grinding media, which are driven by the rotation of the dial to generate forces in various directions and move irregularly. The particles in the material are continuously collided and rubbed by the grinding media. At the same time, the screen separates the material from the grinding media, and the material continuously circulates from the hopper tank to the grinding chamber, achieving the goal of reducing particle size and narrowing the particle size range.
