The laboratory nano horizontal sand mill is a high-performance nano-level wet grinding equipment. This equipment operates in a continuous mode and uses imported ultra-fine pure zirconia beads, offering advantages such as high grinding efficiency, excellent fineness, wide application range, and good wear resistance. Additionally, the chamber is lined with zirconia, which not only significantly reduces component wear and extends service life but also greatly minimizes contamination of the material being ground. The increased cooling area and efficiency address the challenge of heat dissipation. The self-circulation system eliminates the need for an additional transfer pump, reducing cleaning difficulty. This equipment is widely used in industries such as coatings, inks, pigments, color pastes, cosmetics, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals.
Product Features
The equipment's motor drives the internal feeding device to rotate at high speed, creating negative pressure. Through self-priming action, the material in the upper tank is sucked in and delivered to the grinding chamber. The high-fill-rate grinding media inside the chamber are driven by the rotating dial, generating forces in various directions and moving irregularly. The particles in the material are subjected to continuous collision and friction from the grinding media. Meanwhile, the screen separates the material from the grinding media, allowing the material to circulate continuously from the tank to the grinding chamber. This achieves the goal of reducing particle size and narrowing the particle size range.

1. Suitable for grinding small amounts of materials in the laboratory, with a grinding jar capacity of 0.5L.
