Product Introduction
The hydraulic three-roll mill is suitable for dispersing pastes or high-viscosity slurries that require high fineness. The grinding effect is achieved through the mutual extrusion of the surfaces of three inclined rollers and friction at different speeds. It is equipped with an emergency stop button to prevent equipment damage caused by foreign objects falling in; the rollers are cast from special hard alloy. The hydraulic three-roll mill adjusts the gap between the rollers through hydraulic control to achieve the required product fineness and output, ensuring stability and high efficiency.

During equipment design, the crown of the rollers can be adjusted according to the viscosity of the material, making it suitable for products with high, medium, and low viscosity.

During equipment operation, the roller center can be supplied with cooling water, providing an excellent cooling effect. The conventional temperature rise is less than 10°, ensuring product quality.

Explosion-proof type available for non-standard customization; can be equipped with a tilting station for automatic material dumping.

Hydraulic Three-Roll Mill This equipment consists of three rollers mounted on a frame and directly driven by an electric motor. Generally, the rotation directions of the rollers differ: the front roller rotates forward, while the middle roller rotates backward. The front roller operates at a higher speed, and the rear roller at a lower speed. The middle roller is fixed, while the front and rear rollers are installed on sliding tracks equipped with spring mechanisms. The distance between the front and rear rollers and the middle roller is adjusted hydraulically. Material enters between the rear roller and the middle roller, where it is compressed by the rollers, resulting in finer product particles. The material is then carried out by the fast-rotating front roller, at the end of which a scraper is installed to separate the material from the roller, allowing it to fall into a collection bucket. Due to the heat generated during the grinding process, the center of each roller is designed as a hollow structure for water cooling, ensuring product quality.

Application: Suitable for the dispersion and grinding of product materials in industries such as ink, color paste, biology, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, coatings, adhesives, and photovoltaic materials.

Applicable Materials: Materials with a viscosity below 3,000,000, requiring high grinding fineness and having relatively high product viscosity; such as offset printing ink, chocolate, lithium battery slurry, electronic adhesive, silver-aluminum paste, and thousands of other materials.
