The equipment **can reach a speed of 3000 rpm, driven by the powerful kinetic energy of the curved impeller. The zirconia agitator causes irregular movement of the grinding media within the chamber, resulting in high-speed collisions and friction between them, rapidly reducing the particle size of the powder. The grinding fineness can generally reach below 10 um, and liquid-liquid dispersion grinding can achieve submicron or even nanometer levels. The separation plate is CNC-machined from a single piece of material, ensuring no clogging, long service life, and reduced maintenance costs.**

The equipment comes with a high-efficiency energy-saving frequency converter, allowing direct control of startup and speed adjustment. It is equipped with either manual or electric lifting devices—manual lifting is economical and energy-efficient, while electric lifting is premium, elegant, and labor-saving. It enables relative sealing between the tank body and the lid, reducing solvent evaporation during the grinding process. The grinding chamber features a unique design that allows direct solvent circulation cleaning. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, offering an attractive appearance and easy cleaning. Low temperature rise, stable product performance.

The ingredient barrel is equipped with a double-layer cooling jacket, and the barrel is mirror-polished for an elegant appearance and easy cleaning. During operation, water cooling is applied, achieving excellent cooling effects with a conventional temperature rise of less than 10°. Multiple matching barrels of the same model can be customized to facilitate color difference management and usage.

The non-standard nature is strong.

The lifting method of the equipment can be customized as either manual or electric lifting; explosion-proof versions can be customized as non-standard; parts in contact with materials can be made of SS304 or SS316L materials; if working conditions involve high temperature, high pressure, flammability, explosion risks, or corrosiveness, detailed data must be provided for tailored customization.

When the motor of the electric lifting basket sand mill is running, it drives the stirring rod inside the grinding chamber and the dispersion disc at the bottom of the basket to rotate at high speed, creating negative pressure within the grinding chamber. This forces the material to be drawn into the grinding chamber, where it continuously collides and rubs against the high-density zirconia beads inside. As a result, the particle size of the material is rapidly reduced, and its fineness is lowered.

Suitable for medium to low viscosity fluids below 5000cps, particularly for materials with high fineness requirements such as interior wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various color pastes, water-based and oil-based inks, pesticide suspensions, etc.
