Product Introduction
The motor of the laboratory emulsifying pump drives the rotor to operate at high speed, utilizing the effects of hydraulic and centrifugal forces to narrow the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials, thereby uniformly distributing one phase into one or more other phases. This achieves the effects of refinement, homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification, resulting in a stable emulsion state. The front end of the equipment can be equipped with a feeding pump, making it suitable for medium to high viscosity materials to a certain extent. The equipment operates with low noise, runs smoothly, has no dead corners, and ensures that materials are 100% subjected to dispersion and shearing effects. It also features short-distance, low-lift conveying capabilities and comes with a single/double-layer barrel circulation system, making it convenient and easy to clean.
Product Features
Easy to operate
Equipped with a built-in circulation barrel, it offers excellent conveying capacity and convenient solvent self-circulation cleaning without the need for an additional transfer pump. The double-layer cooling barrel ensures low equipment temperature rise.
High efficiency, good product quality
The equipment operates at a linear speed of 20 m/s or above, enabling rapid and uniform distribution of one phase of material into one or more other materials. This achieves effects such as refinement, homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification, resulting in a final product that is stable and not prone to stratification.
High processing precision
The rotor and stator are made of forged materials and processed using CNC machining centers. The gap between the rotor and stator is extremely small, resulting in excellent shear limit fineness and high emulsification and dispersion efficiency. A double-end mechanical seal design is adopted, ensuring no leakage and reducing maintenance costs.
The non-standard nature is strong.
The material can be customized as required, including SS304, SS316L, titanium alloy, titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy, and other unconventional materials. Explosion-proof equipment can be customized, and variable frequency speed regulation is optional.
The laboratory emulsifying pump adopts a horizontal structure; one or more sets of rotors and stators are installed inside a narrow and elongated working chamber, with the rotors and stators precisely coupled and matched. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to operate at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator. The material is sucked into the rotor-stator chamber from the inlet of the double-layer material barrel. The powerful kinetic energy generates an extremely high linear speed for the rotor, causing the material to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shear within the gap between the rotor and stator before being pumped out. The material flows out from the outlet and circulates back into the single/double-layer material barrel, thereby enabling multiple immiscible phases such as solid, liquid, and gas to be uniformly refined, dispersed, and emulsified in an instant, resulting in a stable, high-quality product.
