Product Overview
An emulsifier installed at the bottom of a reaction kettle is a crushing and emulsifying homogenization device typically used in conjunction with vertical emulsifiers, inline emulsifiers, and other equipment. It effectively addresses issues such as the crushing and emulsification of bottom sediments that other devices cannot resolve.
Driven by the motor, the high-speed rotating rotor rapidly draws the material at the bottom of the kettle bidirectionally into the rotor-stator working area. Within an extremely narrow gap, the material undergoes intense mechanical motion and hydraulic shear, causing it to be sheared, torn, and crushed. At the same time, it quickly mixes and homogenizes with the middle and upper layers of material, effectively assisting the vertical emulsifier in completing processes such as emulsification, homogenization, crushing, and mixing reactions.
