A high-shear emulsifier uses mechanical external forces to narrow the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials, allowing one phase to be uniformly distributed into one or more other phases. This achieves refinement, homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification, resulting in a stable emulsion state. The emulsifier operates in batch production, and its working head adopts a new dual-suction material intake structure. It is available in three installation positions: top-mounted, side-mounted, and bottom-mounted. It can be combined with different types of agitators, such as dispersing and stirring units, enabling multi-functional use in a single machine. The equipment is suitable for a wide range of viscosity and temperature conditions and can be customized for vacuum (100 mbar), explosion-proof (ATEX), and pressure (**0.3 MPa**) working environments.

High efficiency, good product quality

The equipment operates at a linear speed of 20 m/s or above, enabling rapid and uniform distribution of one phase into another or multiple phases. This achieves effects such as refinement, homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification, resulting in a stable final product that is not prone to stratification.

High processing precision, long lifespan

The rotor and stator are made of forged materials and processed using CNC machining centers. The gap between the rotor and stator is extremely small, resulting in excellent shear fineness limits, high emulsification and dispersion efficiency, and an extended product lifespan.

Diverse methods

The equipment has a compact structure and can be designed as either a fixed type (mounted on the tank) or a lifting type (pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.). Installation options include top-mounted, side-mounted, and bottom-mounted configurations to meet the requirements of various working conditions.

The main working components of a high-shear emulsifier consist of a stator and a rotor. Under the centrifugal force and hydraulic action generated by the rapid rotation of the rotor, the stator subjects the materials to a combination of intense shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact fragmentation, liquid layer friction, and turbulent homogenization. This enables immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases to be uniformly refined, dispersed, and emulsified in an instant. Through repeated circulation, the original product is transformed into a stable, high-quality final product.
